Evaluasi sistem pemberian kredit dari dana program pengembangan kecamatan (PPK) kecamatan Gabus kabupaten Grobogan

ABSTRAK Sub-district Development Program (PPK) is one of Indonesian governmental attempts aiming to copy with the poverty within the rural society that is conducted through providing economical efforts capital aids and infrastructures development as well as social activity in education and health sectors. This program is designed with the society empowerment policy in that the society receiving aids are given freedom of determining the activity that will be done based on a consensus in group discussion. The research conducted in the attempt of writing a Final Assignment aims to find out the procedure of credit issuance of PPK’s fund, and then it is evaluated to find out its weaknesess and strength. In order to achieve these objectives, the writer collected data constituting document concerning credit issuance activity. In addition, the writer also did an observation and conducted interview with the research object-related parties. From the result of research, it can be concluded that the credit issuance system of PPK’s fund has been sufficiently good, this can be seen from the system that has been applied according to the society empowerment policy, adequate document and reliable accounting record, although there is any function that has not been clear in its separation, document with no printed sequenced number, and the absence of credit guarantee. In order the credit issuance system conducted is getting better, the writer gives a recommendation that there should be a separation of function between financial and accounting functions, document should be made with printed sequenced number, and there should be any guarantee for avoiding the credit stoppage.
