Introduction : Recent studies

of epidemiology show that difference of hormone receptor

status

gives differences of clinical and etiologi description. Ag

t first child birth, and history of oral contraceptives use have been suggested

affecting hormone recepto status.

Methods :

Case

control study was conducted to breast cancer patients in 2016 at Dr. Moewardi

Hospital Solo, there were

154 patients selected,

consisted of 74 breast cancer patients with

positive hormone receptor (HR+) as group of cases

and 80 breast cancer patients with negative

hormone receptor (HR as group of control).

Results : Early age at menarches (12 years) (OR=3.590, P=0.002) and nulipar

4.059; P 0.001) were

significant risk factor for hormone receptor positive (HR+) in breast cancer
