Evaluasi Sistem Penggajian pada Rumah Sakit Panti Waluyo Surakarta

Panti Waluyo Hospital in Surakarta is the only hospital in the region eks. Karisidenan Surakarta Christian Network. Purpose of the research that the authors do is find out the salary system adopted by the Panti Waluyo Hospital today. Other than that the author would also like to know the strengths and weaknesses of the payroll system.
In evaluating the payroll system on Panti Waluyo Hospital Career Network, the author conducted research by observing and comparing the existing theories used by the hospital system. System used is good enough, with the occurrence of strict separation of functions, authorization system that provides adequate protection, as well as records have been computerized. however, there are still some weaknesses such as no surprise by the director of performing audits of functions associated with payroll systems and the lack of job rotation.
Based on the results of these studies, the authors recommend that the examination was performed on a regular basis by the director of a sudden without any prior notice in order to encourage employees perform their duties in accordance with the rules and regulations. It also made the rotation of office in accordance with an agreement to maintain independence in performing their duties of office, so there will be no cheating.
