Abstrak
The objective of this report is to describe the internship activities at Pesona Dunia Tour, Solo. This final report was written based on the internship program starting from 12th January until 12th February 2017. This final report contains two main activities and
some additional duties during the internship. The main activities that I did are translating tour packages and creating a booklet. This final report describes how I solve and elaborate some problems in translating the tour packages. In translating the tour packages, there were some difficult problems especially dealing with the difficult words, technical terms or phrases. Besides, I also help the institution in servicing its customers by making reservation, responding complaints, etc.
