ABSTRAK
This final report was written based on my internship program at Keris Nusantara Museum. It started from January 29th, 2019 and finished on March 1st, 2019. The objective of this internship report is not only describing the process of translating a storyline but also the process of subtitling video about kris making process. I applied three steps to translate all my translation works: 1) analyzing source text, 2) transferring, 3) restructuring.
There were several problems that I faced during my internship activities at Keris Nusantara Museum such as lack of knowledge about kris, difficult cultural terms and bad internet connection. The solutions for those problems were learning about kris from books and Internet, looking for the difficult words in several dictionaries, asking for help from my friends and my supervisor, and using tethering feature from smartphone.
