Background: Risk factors for female inmates exposed to higher HIV and STI, 6% and
8.5% than male inmates of 1.1% and 5.1%, so it is given to the PLT screening services. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of VCT in STI screening with Class II A LP Women Malang.

Method: This study is a qualitative research approach to evaluation using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). The study was conducted from October to December
2016. The key informants in this study were health workers Polyclinic prisons, which
directs the researcher to inmates and health centers as a team Arjuno IMS / mobile VCT. Data collected through interviews, observation and document analysis. Data were analyzed using thematic analysis.

Result: In the evaluation of program implementation and STI screening activities with VCT in women prisoners Class II A Jail in Malang, implementation of the program are in accordance with the SOP and conducted by trained personnel from the mobile IMS Health Center Team Arjuno Malang every 1 month. Each new inmate and indirect risk to get HIV testing / IMS directly. This is due to the absence of laboratory facilities and personnel  in  prisons  laboratory analyst.  In  2016  the average  in  the first  month  of prisoners who participated in VCT numbered 21 people.

Conclusion: Implementation of STI screening program with VCT in women prisoners
Class II A  Malang have been effective, each component of the CIPP there limitations constraints but resolved with cooperation city health Departement of the Malang.
