Abstrak
Kesalahan pada label dapat mengakibatkan produk cacat pada produk garmen di PT. DAN LIRIS, sehingga Perusahaan mengeluarkan biaya tambahan (Biaya Kualitas) untuk dilakukannya over budget (OB) pada duralabel atau pesan care label baru. Akibat kesalahan pada care label, dapat mempengaruhi profit (laba) atau kerugian pada perusahaan PT. DAN LIRIS.
Simulasi perhitungan untung rugi untuk duralabel pada PO 321561, dengan kuantitas pesanan produk 3.579 pcs memperoleh keuntungan sebesar Rp 167.058.100,-. Terdapatnya OB duralabel sebesar Rp 536.850,-, jadi perusahaan hanya memperoleh laba bersih sebesar Rp 166.521.250,-. Simulasi perhitungan untung rugi untuk pesan care label baru pada PO 321202, disimulasikan dengan kuantitas yang sama tetapi produk yang dipesan berbeda. Perusahaan memperoleh keuntungan Rp 148.273.880,-, dengan terdapatnya OB care label baru sebesar Rp 748.011,- jadi perusahaan memperoleh laba bersih sebesar Rp 147.525.869,-.
Kesimpulan dari uraian diatas adalah perusahaan tetap mengalami keuntungan. Catatan dengan adanya biaya kualitas, perusahaan hanya mengalami penurunan keuntungan sebesar 0,33% akibat OB duralabel dan 0,51% untuk OB care label baru.

Errors on labels can lead to defects in the product garment in PT. DAN LIRIS, therefore the Company issued an additional cost (Cost Quality) to do over budget (OB) on duralabel or new care label. Due to errors in care label, may affect profit (gain) or loss on the company in PT. DAN LIRIS.
Simulation calculation of profit and loss for duralabel on PO 321561, with a product order quantity of 3,579 pcs gain USD 11,932.72. The presence of OB duralabel USD 38.35, so the company is only a net profit of USD 11,894.37. Simulation calculation of profit and loss for the new care label on PO 321202, simulated with the same quantity of products ordered but different. The company gain a profit of USD 10,590.99, with the presence of the OB new label care of USD 53.42, so the company earned a net profit of USD 10,537.56.
The conclusion from the above description are companies continue to have the advantage. Note by the cost of quality, the company just declined a gain of 0.33% due to OB duralabel and 0.51% for the OB new care label.
