            This research develops an integrated inventory model consisting of buyers and vendors. Vendors play a role in the production process, managing inventory, as well as shipping products. Whereas the buyer has the duty to manage inventory regularly to fulfill demand and order products from vendors. The model developed in this research considers carbon emissions and inflation. There are two carbon emission reduction scenarios applied, namely carbon cap and trade and strict carbon constraints. Product demand is assumed to be constant. The objective function of the model is to minimize the combined total cost between the two parties concerned and determine the optimal value of the shipping frequency, quantity of vendor production and quantity of buyer orders. The algorithm is used to find the optimal solution of the model developed and given numerical examples to illustrate the results of the developed model. The results of the sensitivity analysis show that the increase in some parameter values ??affects the total combined cost of the system and several decision variables.
