Penyakit Tidak Menular (PTM) terjadi peningkatan kasus di zaman modern ini dibandingkan penyakit Menular. Salah satu Penyakit Tidak Menular tersebut adalah Diabetes Mellitus, dimana penyakit ini ditandai dengan gejala kadar glukosa darah di atas batas normal > 200 mg/dL (hyperglikemi). Dusun Pager Jurang Cangkringan Sleman dipersiapkan menjadi Desa Siaga Donor Darah, dimana warganya belum mengetahui jika hiperglikemi/ hipoglikemi tidak diperbolehkan donor darah. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan melakukan pemeriksaan kadar glukosa darah masyarakat, untuk mengetahui gambaran kadar glukosa darah masyarakat setempat. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat di Dusun Pager Jurang dihadiri oleh 90 warga untuk mengikuti sosialisasi dan pemeriksaan kadar glukosa darah menggunakan metode automatic. Hasil pemeriksaan glukosa darah pada jenis kelamin laki-laki yang hiperglikemi sebanyak 25,7?n pada jenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 16,4%. Kategori umur dengan hiperglikemi pada lansia sebanyak 39,1%, pada kategori umur dewasa sebanyak 16,1%, dan pada umur remaja akhir sebanyak 0,0%.

ABSTRACT
There is increase in Non-Communicable Disease cases compare to infectious diseases currently. One of The Non-Communicable Disease is Diabetes mellitus. The symptom of the disease is increasing blood glucose level above normal range (>200 mg/dL) or hyperglicemia. Pagerjurang Village, Cangkringan is prepared to be Blood Donor Allert Village because the inhabitants did not know yet about the hyperglicemic people does not allowed to blood donor. The purpose of this community engagement was to find the overview of blood glucose level of inhabitants. As many as 90 residents of Pager Jurang Village were attend to get the information of blood glucose leve and to get blood glucose level examination with automatic methode in this Community Engagement. The examination results showed that hyperglicemic male were 25,7% and the hyperglicemic female were 16,4%. Based on the age group, the hyperglikemic level of elderly groupwere 39,1%, the hyperglikemic level of adult group were 16,1% and the hyperglikemic level of adolescent group were 0%.
