This study aim for designing computer-based information system of on job learning (PI) in The Study Program of Pendidikan Teknik Mesin JPTK FKIP UNS. The system should be able to present the information about PI, facilitate both the students and all other stake holders, collect and present all datas, and manage of data so that could be further processed. The information system should be accessed easily. This system developed using PHP and MySQL and accessed using internet browser. It can be be accessed through the WLAN network media access internet with minimal disruption. The data in the PI information systems are stored in a database and can be accessed without any significant disruption. The developed system validated by expert judgement in a focused group discussion which is attend by IT expert, substancy expert, and administratif staff member. Observation of each detail activity had been done and be compared with the old system. It shows that the system has been increasing the administratif efficiency and effectiviness of administratif manajemen in the study program of Pendidikan Teknik Mesin.
