ABSTRACT
Aldian Yudha Prima. 2021"Andorid-Based Online Application Interface Design as Cargo and Expedition Service Media" is the title of this final project. The author concentrates on innovative techniques that highlight processes to make it simpler for clients to receive Expedition and Cargo delivery services when building this Final Project. The difficulties investigated are as follows: (1) How to design an interactive and communicative Android-based Sahabat Herona application user interface? (2) How should the supporting media for the "Sahabat Herona" application be designed as a promotional tool? The purpose of this scheme is to provide and improve online expedition and cargo services to customers without requiring them to come directly to the counter or Sahabat Herona agents, but rather to do it through a single effective and efficient platform. The descriptive qualitative research approach was employed, comprising observation data gathering techniques, in-depth interviews, questionnaires, literature reviews, and documentation. An Android-based mobile application that may order cargo and expedition services online is thought to be capable of giving answers to this problem. Mobile apps are media that are widely used in today's culture because to their simplicity of use, speed, and practicality, as well as their comprehensive and informative service features. As a consequence, the projected outcomes of this design are capable of assisting the community, particularly those who wish to transfer items conveniently and quickly.
