This final report is written based on student's internship activity (KMM) in Youth, Sport, and Tourism Office of Boyolali, started from January 11th until March 11th, 2021. This final report aims to describe all of the activities during the internship program. My main activities were writing article, dubbing, and creating Instagram contents in English to promote Boyolali’s tourism. In my projects, I translated the source text (Indonesian) into target text (English) with established equivalence technique, borrowing technique, calque technique, and description technique.
Meanwhile, there were some problems that appeared during the internship program. Those problems were unfamiliar terms, choosing the appropriate diction, effective sentences, and grammatical errors. I solved the problems by looking for references from various sources, such as the internet, dictionaries, and many more. Moreover, I also always discussed with my internship partners, the staff in Youth, Sport, and Tourism Office of Boyolali, and my final report supervisor when I had the problem then solved it together.
