ABSTRACT Winda Etikasari. 2008. The Professionalism of Apron Movement Control (AMC) of PT. Angkasa Pura I in Adisumarmo International Airport and the Quality of its Service. English Diploma Program, Faculty of Letters and Fine Arts, Sebelas Maret University. This final project report has purposes to describe the professionalism of AMC of PT. Angkasa Pura I in Adisumarmo International Airport and to describe the quality of AMC’s service. This final project report belongs to descriptive method to obtain the data. The writer uses some ways including observation, interview and literature study. The result can be taken that the professionalism of AMC Officers is good enough. Basically, they have high responsibility in doing their duties. However, their capability in speaking English is bad. Moreover, one of them has broken the rule in wearing the uniform that uses T-shirt and sandals in the office. The quality of AMC’s service is satisfying. They always ready to serve their customers every time. Therefore, the writer gives some suggestions for the AMC Officers to keep their service quality and to improve their professionalism by mastering English.
