ABSTRACT 2008. This report based on job training during a month on January - February,in Customer Care Division of PT. TELKOM KANDATEL Solo, at Jl. Mayor Katamso no.1 Surakarta, 57113. The writer focused in the role of Customer Care Division in creating good image. The objective of this report is to describe the role of customer care division in creating good image of PT. TELKOM KANDATEL Solo. Customer Care Division has a vital function of any well – run company’s operations. PT. TELKOM KANDATEL Solo is a public company to fulfill the experts in technology and information and the Customer Care Division has an important part to support the company in creating good image. There are some functions in Customer Care Division has responsible to give activity services for customers, such as; handling problems, resolving customer problem, tracking & managing customers complain & customer problem, monitoring and organizing the customer’s data. Based on observation, Customer Care Division has many indicators to create good image in customer’s mind related the procedure of giving services, velocity in giving services to customers, attitude in giving services to customers, appearance and the last is their responses when giving services and receiving the customer’s problems.
