ABSTRACT 2007, The Activities And Roles of The Bell Boy Section at Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel Solo, English Department, Faculty of Letters and Fine Arts, Sebelas Maret University. This final report is about the activities and roles of the Bell Boy Section at Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel Solo. This report has two objectives. They are to describe the activities of Bell Boy Section in the hotel and to explain the roles of the Bell Boy Section at Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel Solo. The data of this report is taken from an observation, hotel documents, websites, and reference books. From the discussion, the writer concludes that the activities of the Bell Boy section are devided into four chronological activities. They are the activities before the guests arrive, when the guests arrive, when the guests are staying, and when the guests check out. The Bell Boy Section’s important roles are building the guests’ impression and increasing the income of Kusuma Sahid Prince Hotel Solo
