This internship report was written based on the internship program (KMM) conducted from February 28 until April 22, 2022, at Pro Translasi. This report aims to describe and elaborate on the online internship activities at Pro Translasi and, most specifically, the process of legal document translation. The internship gives the intern some experience translating texts from different subject matter and with different formats such as general text, legal text, academic journals, abstracts, game and UI, handbooks, user manuals, and subtitles. In the main activity, I translated a legal document entitled At-will employment contract. In the translation process, such problems encountered can be solved by finding the references and researching the problematic terminology, finding some parallel text related to the subject matter, tabulating the long sentences into two or more items, and rearranging them to be sentences that are easily understood.
