ABSTRAK
This research analyzed the influence of employee’s goal orientation toward job performance. In this study, goal orientation have two dimensions which are mastery orientation and performance orientation. This two dimensions influenced toward innovative job performance with leader – member exchange as a mediation variable. The data was collected by census technique which was taken from the members of population in this research.The total respondents of this study is 100 respondents ande the proper test is 73 respondents of PT. Widya Duta Grafika. This study used path analysis to test the hypothesis. The results from path analysis found : mastery orientation and performance orientation that have a positive effect to innovative job performance, mastery orientation have a positive effect to quality of LMX, beside that performance orientation have a negative effect to quality LMX. Finally, the last finding in this study is two dimensions of goal orientation haven’t effected toward innovative job performance with LMX as a mediator.
