The series of making this information system was carried out at the Sebelas Maret University Vocational School. The background of this information system is the lack of transparency of information regarding changes to the ceiling, quarterly funds, and realization, of the remaining funds owned by a Study Program at the Vocational School faculty. The making of this system refers to the system already owned by the University center, namely SIREVA. However, the system still has many shortcomings, such as information on changes in quarterly funds that are not updated in the absence of a letter of accountability report (SPJ) and an accountability report (LPJ) listed in it. Therefore, this system was created as a tracking activity proposal until the completion of the report. The results of the research conducted have succeeded in building a monitoring and evaluation information system with the name SIMONSI with the Financial Management module. Using Google's OAuth support components to sign in, the Socialite package helps configure Google's Oauth. in addition, laravel and bootstrap 4 as framework components that build the system. It is hoped that this system can help UNS Vocational Schools in managing fundraising activities to financial settlements more efficiently and transparently.
