Background: The World Health Organization has defined infertility as a disease of the reproductive system. Male infertility is indicated by a decrease in the quality of sperm parameters. Many factors affect the quality of male semen, seminal leukocytes are one of the most common causes of male infertility.
Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between the number of seminal leukocytes with morphology, potential of hydrogen (pH), and agglutination of spermatozoa.
Method: This research was an observational analytic study with a cross sectional study approach. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling.
Results and Discussion: There is highly statistically significant relationship between the number of seminal leukocytes with morphology, pH, and agglutination of spermatozoa (p<0>.
Conclusion: An increase in the number of seminal leukocytes cause an adverse effect on morphology, Potential of Hydrogen , and agglutination of spermatozoa.
