Boyolali Regency got the lowest position in the ranking of Central Java Province E-Government development in 2017. Therefore, the Boyolali Government has begun to actively innovate electronic-based services. One of them is a digital library service innovation called iBoyolali, which was developed by Dinas Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kabupaten Boyolali. However, it turned out to be a fact that the level of community adoption of these services was relatively low. So this study aims to determine what factors influence user acceptance of the application through the Unified Model of Electronic Government Adoption (UMEGA) approach. Sampling was done by convenience sampling by distributing online questionnaires to iBoyolali users and getting 103 respondents. The data analysis technique used is Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Based on the research that has been done, the results show that there are four variables in UMEGA, namely Performance Expectancys, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence and Attituds that affect behavioral interest in using iBoyolali digital-based regional libraries. Meanwhile, the Facilitating Conditions and the Perceived risk were not proven to have a significant effect on the iBoyolali reception service.
