The purpose of this report is to describe internship activities conducted at Balai Bahasa Provinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta during the internship program. The internship program focused on translating and editing literary articles. The internship was started on February 28 to April 22, 2022. The problems encountered when translating two literary articles were the difficult terms and phrases in the Javanese language and English which were unfamiliar to me. To solve the problems, the strategies that I did were to find the definition of the difficult terms or phrases and find the parallel text related to them. In this internship report, I would like to explain further the translation process of literary articles by using the translation method proposed by Nida and Taber (1982) and also the translation technique by Molina and Albir (2002).
