SISTEM INFORMASI CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT PADA SKYNOSOFT PORTAL PRIME BERBASIS WEBSITE

The impact of the development of information technology in Indonesia affects all human activities. One of the influences on human activities is in the service sector. Skynosoft Portal Prime is a service company. Toekang Digital has a complex workflow in running projects and serving customers. Each service at this company has workers who are assigned to their respective fields. These workers are maximized to be able to serve customers who order services, either directly or indirectly. Workers are tasked with finding customers, contacting customers, conducting follow-ups, managing existing projects, dividing tasks in each running project, reporting progress to customers, and reporting work results to the project manager. All of the above processes are still manually recorded on a spreadsheet because there is no information system in use. Therefore, a Customer Relationship Management system was developed to create and maintain good relationships with customers and reduce the possibility of customers moving to other competitors. This system was developed using the PHP programming language and the prototype model development method. This system can manage customer data, product promotions, product sales data, and manage customer service which is used to store customer inquiries to create good relationships with customers.
