The use of electrical energy has become a basic need for people in everyday life. Economic growth, technology and population support the need for electrical energy. The state is obliged to supply basic needs such as electricity to the community so that the construction of power plants is required. However, the availability of this energy can be problematic if the energy is wasted due to energy leaks or the energy used is wasteful. Buildings can save up to 40% of the initial total power consumption. In this case, in line with balancing electricity consumption, an audit was carried out on 4th building FT UNS to determine the electricity consumption in the building and the suitability of user comfort to the building through Indonesian standards. The result of the audit carried out is the use of energy consumption per year of 29,3 kWh/m2/year which is the efficient value of a building. Furthermore, regarding occupant comfort according to standards for lighting and cooling systems, in the lighting system throughout the room that has been measured not according to the applicable standards and in the cooler as much as 23% of the coolers based on the COP results do not meet the standards that apply in Indonesia, so that from both of them it is necessary to replace equipment to get a value that is in accordance with Indonesian minimum standards.
