The currently existing manufacturing system in CV. Solo Tehnik uses manual written method. With how the incoming components is archived makes it considerably difficult to track due to uncentralized data. Other issues comes in form of data vulnerability posed by external factors. The archived datasets becomes less relevant and risky to be used as an instrument to decide important decisions. Based on the described issues, this study is meant to devise and build data archive and management system for CV. Solo Tehnik particularly to improve efficiency according to business process available. A construction of a system solely designed with CV. Solo Tehnik in mind, with hope to solve or reduce the issues within the previous data archiving and management. Laundry manufacturing system is designed by Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram and Business Process. Constructed with use of PHP programming language, CodeIgniter4 framework. Entity Relationship diagram is used to form the database. Based on the result, the system operates according to its functions and tested with Black Box method.
