This internship report was written based on the internship program at PT STAR Software Indonesia, which is located at Waras Street, Mlati Dukuh Jombor Baru Village, Sendangadi, Mlati, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta from January 24 to March 24, 2023. The goal of this internship program are: 1) to get familiar with the work environment in the translation agencies, 2) to apply the skills that I learned from English Diploma Program, and 3) to improve my CAT tool skills in doing translation projects. The objectives of the internship report are to explain the process of translating guide, leaflet, and marketing brochure, to analyze the problem, and to describe the solution to the problem. The process that I did to translate these text was analyzing, transferring, and restructuring the text. When doing this process, I applied some translation techniques proposed by Molina and Albir (2002). Furthermore, I also used online dictionaries to find the definition of some difficult terms. There are two problems that I faced during this internship program: 1) linguistic problem, some difficult terms that I had never heard before. The solution that I did to translate the term was doing research on the internet to find the exact meaning of the term, and 2) non-linguistic problem, communication adjustment with the new work environment.
