This study aims to (1) test the effect of integrating the Bioenial website on the Blended Discovery Learning Model on students' science process skills (SPS) in Coordination System material, (2) test the effect of integrating the Bioenial website in the Blended Discovery Learning Model on students' collaboration skills in Coordination System material. This research is an experimental research with a quantitative approach. The research design was a quasi-experimental posttest only nonequivalent control group design with experimental class 1 (class using a blended discovery learning model using the Bioenial website), experimental class 2 (class using of a discovery learning model), and control class (class using a learning model commonly used by teachers, namely guided inquiry learning). The subjects of this study were students in class XI MIPA 3, XI MIPA 4, and XI MIPA 5 SMA Negeri 2 Surakarta in the academic year 2022/2023. The data collection method uses observation techniques to measure SPS and students' collaboration skills during the learning process. The data analysis technique used was descriptive analysis and inferential analysis (normality and homogeneity prerequisite tests, ANOVA hypothesis testing, LSD follow-up testing). The results of the SPS data Anova test showed that there was a significant difference between the three classes followed by the LSD test results which showed that there was a significant difference between the experimental class 1 and the experimental class 2, between the experimental class 2 and the control class, but there was no significant difference between the experimental class 1 and the control class. The integration of the Bioenial website into the blended discovery learning model does not significantly affect students' SPS on the coordination system material. This is because in this study the three classes used a learning model that had trained SPS. Meanwhile the results of the ANOVA test on collaboration skills data showed that there were significant differences between the three classes then continued with the LSD test and the highest average results for collaboration skills were obtained by the blended discovery learning class with the website. Thus, the integration of the Bioenial website into the blended discovery learning model has a significant effect on students' collaboration skills on coordination system material.
