MODEL PEMBERDAYAAN PEKERJA KONVEKSI DALAM MENGENDALIKAN INSIDEN NYERI PUNGGUNG BAWAH

Tujuan penelitian adalah: (1) menganalisis gambaran karakteristik pekerja konveksi di PT Dan Liris Sukoharjo, (2) menganalisis pengaruh faktor individu dan faktor pekerjaan terhadap persepsi pada insiden NPB, (3) menganalisis pengaruh faktor individu dan faktor pekerjaan terhadap kesadaran dalam mengidentifikasi determinan pemicu insiden NPB, (4) menganalisis pengaruh faktor individu, faktor pekerjaan dan persepsi terhadap insiden NPB dan kesadaran dalam mengidentifikasi determinan pemicu insiden NPB terhadap partisipasi dalam mengantisipasi insiden NPB, (5) menganalisis pengaruh faktor individu, faktor pekerjaan dan persepsi terhadap insiden NPB, kesadaran dalam mengidentifikasi determinan pemicu insiden NPB dan partisipasi dalam mengantisipasi insiden NPB terhadap kemandirian dalam mengendalikan insiden NPB, (6) menyusun model pemberdayaan pekerja konveksi dalam mengendalikan insiden NPB.

Jenis penelitian adalah cross-sectional study. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pekerja konveksi PT Dan Liris Sukoharjo. Pengambilan data penelitian pada Januari sampai Maret 2020. Teknik penentuan sampel dengan purposive non random sampling berjumlah 120 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuisioner. Analisis statistik dengan Path Analysis.

Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pemberdayaan pekerja konveksi dalam mengendalikan insiden nyeri punggung bawah terdiri atas faktor individu, faktor pekerjaan, persepsi pada insiden NPB, kesadaran dalam mengidentifikasi determinan pemicu insiden NPB, partisipasi dalam mengantisipasi insiden NPB dan kemandirian dalam mengendalikan insiden NPB dapat berdampak terhadap peningkatan perilaku ergonomi dan sehat sehingga insiden NPB dapat dikendalikan.

Kebaruan dalam penelitian ini adalah rumusan model pemberdayaan pekerja konveksi dalam mengendalikan insiden NPB. Model pemberdayaan pekerja konveksi dalam kemandirian mengendalikan insiden NPB secara langsung dipengaruhi faktor individu, persepsi pada insiden NPB dan partisipasi dalam mengantisipasi insiden NPB. Sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung untuk model pemberdayaan pekerja konveksi dalam kemandirian mengendalikan insiden NPB yaitu faktor pekerjaan dan kesadaran dalam mengidentifikasi determinan pemicu insiden NPB melalui pertisipasi dalam mengantisipasi insiden NPB. Sedangkan jalur terkuat untuk model pemberdayaan pekerja konveksi dalam mengendalikan insiden NPB yaitu faktor individu melalui faktor pekerjaan, partisipasi dalam mengantisipasi insiden NPB dan kemandirian dalam mengendalikan insiden NPB.

MODEL FOR EMPOWERING CONVECTION WORKERS IN CONTROLLING LOW BACK PAIN INCIDENTS

The aims of this study were: (1) to analyze the description of the characteristics of convection workers at PT Dan Liris Sukoharjo, (2) to analyze the influence of individual and occupational factors on perceptions of LBP incidents, (3) to analyze the influence of individual and occupational factors on awareness in identifying determinants triggers of LBP incidents, (4) analyzes the influence of individual factors, work factors and perceptions on LBP incidents and awareness in identifying the determinants of triggers of LBP incidents on participation in anticipating LBP incidents, (5) analyzes the influence of individual factors, work factors and perceptions of LBP incidents, awareness in identifying the triggering determinants of LBP incidents and participation in anticipating LBP incidents towards self-sufficiency in controlling LBP incidents, (6) developing a model for empowering convection workers in controlling LBP incidents.

The type of research is a cross-sectional study. The research population was all convection workers at PT Dan Liris Sukoharjo. Research data was collected from January to March 2020. The sampling technique was purposive non-random sampling, totaling 120 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Statistical analysis with Path Analysis.

The results of this study can be concluded that the convection worker empowerment model in controlling low back pain incidents consists of individual factors, occupational factors, perceptions of LBP incidents, awareness in identifying the determinants of triggers of LBP incidents, participation in anticipating LBP incidents and independence in controlling LBP incidents can have an impact towards improving ergonomics and healthy behavior so that LBP incidents can be controlled.

The novelty in this study is the formulation of a model for empowering convection workers in controlling LBP incidents. The model of empowering convection workers in independently controlling LBP incidents is directly influenced by individual factors, perceptions of LBP incidents and participation in anticipating LBP incidents. While the indirect effect for the model of empowering convection workers in the independence of controlling LBP incidents is the work factor and awareness in identifying the triggering determinants of LBP incidents through participation in anticipating LBP incidents. While the strongest path for the model of empowering convection workers in controlling LBP incidents is individual factors through work factors, participation in anticipating LBP incidents and independence in controlling LBP incidents.
