This study aims to determine whether there is a positive effect of learning discipline on the cognitive learning outcomes of mathematics of fifth grade students of public elementary schools in Laweyan sub-district in the 2022/2023 school year. This study uses a quantitative method of survay type with an associative research design. The population of this study were all fifth grade students of elementary schools in Laweyan sub-district in the 2022/2023 school year. The research sample is grade V students from three public elementary schools in Laweyan District which include: SD N Pajang IV, SD N Tunggulsari 01, SD N Bratan 02 with a total of 71 students. The data collection techniques used in this study were tests and questionnaires. The validity of the instrument was tested using judgment expert and calculated using the product moment correlation formula. Calculation of instrument reliability using Alpha Cronbach for questionnaire instruments and KR 20 for test instruments. The research data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The research procedure includes preparation, research, analysis and interpretation of research data, drawing conclusions from the research results. The result of this study is that there is a positive and significant effect of learning discipline on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade V students of State Elementary Schools in Laweyan Subdistrict in the 2022/2023 academic year as evidenced by the acquisition of t_count  (19.509) > t_table (1.994) in the regression equation  Y ?= 6.078 + 0.869X. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination R square = 0.847 show the percentage of the influence of learning discipline on the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth grade students of public elementary schools in Laweyan District is 84.7% while the remaining 15.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
