Abstrak : Saulus Andri Magesa, 2009. ”Analysis of Transmission Piping System Capacity From Sumbergede Wellspring Municipal Waterwork (PDAM) of Karanganyar Regency.”Final Task. Diploma 3 of Urban Infrastucture. Civil Technique Program. Faculty of Technique. Sebelas Maret University. August 2009. Sumbergede Wellspring located in Kadipekso Orchard, Gumeng Village, Subdistrict of Jenawi. Sumbergede Wellspring has capacity 70 lt/sec, while retrieval debit of PDAM Unit Kerjo at the moment is 40 lt/sec. To fulfill requirement of clean water, based on the increase of population in Subdistrict of Kerjo hence transmission piping system capacity will be improved to become 50,6 lt/sec. Usage of equation of energy loss and assumption that stream in pipe is perfect turbulent flow, hence will be gotten level of transmission pipe diameter required. Then it is continued with checking the level of debit and energy loss from redesign to reach 50,6 lt/sec. Forecasting of population and clean water requirement in Subdistrict of Kerjo until 2019 by using geometric method based on deviation standard (δ) closing to one. Calculation result of clean water requirement can be found that transmission pipe capacity with diameter 20 cm can serve clean water requirement of population in Subdistrict of Kerjo until 2019.
