×<p>This research was aimed: (1) to explore the undergraduate students’ perception of Manuscripts.io as a digital collaborative writing tool in Article Writing class; (2) to find out the problems found by the undergraduate students when using Manuscripts.io in Article Writing class; and (3) to find out the solutions taken by the undergraduate students to overcome the problems. The research employed a narrative inquiry paradigm, data was collected from four undergraduate students experienced in Computer-Supported Collaborative Writing (CSCW) using Manuscripts.io through questionnaires, interviews, narrative frames, and artifacts. Thematic analysis was employed to analyze the data collected from the participants.This research revealed that 1) they had a positive perception of Manuscripts.io as digital collaborative writing tool, including the aspects of their comprehension, affection, and evaluations toward CSCW activity with Manuscripts.io implementation; 2) they faced problems in implementing each of Manuscripts.io’s feature, including problems related to platform’s technical issues and human resource issues; 3) in the process, they applied several solutions to overcome the problems, highlighting the importance of improving computer proficiency and literacy. The findings of this research can be used as a consideration for undergraduate students to understand CSCW processes and lecturers to heed on possible challenges of digital collaborative writing tools in facilitating CSCW activities.</p>
