In recent years, the essential part of teacher wellbeing has gained acknowledgment on a global scale. Language teacherwellbeing has a significant contribution in the whole classroom activity. In the process of learning, intercultural thematic-telecollaboration results in positive and negative feelings that are beneficial for a pre-service English teacher. This study investigated the experiences of pre-service English teachers on positive emotions of well-being based on PERMA model by Mercer and Gregersen (2020) and its impact on future careers. The aspects of positive emotions are the presence of positive emotions, lack of negative emotions, and life satisfaction. Telecollaboration serves as a valuable space for the pre-service teacher to get the opportunity to expand their content knowledge, enhance techno-pedagogical abilities, improve methodology advancement as well as achieve overall wellbeing. Data were collected through diaries and artifacts in the form of photos and screenshots during intercultural thematic-telecollaboration. In this study, used autobiographical narratives to capture her positive wellbeing experiences. I used the narrative inquiry theoretical framework from Barkhuizen, Benson, and Chik (2013) to analyze the data. The findings highlight the presence of positive emotions affects pre-service teacher outcomes, while negative feelings turn into positive feelings and contribute to professional growth. Those experiences shape EFL teachers to become effective prospective teachers in the future. Further implication, the research emphasizes the importance of prioritizing teacher wellbeing and conducting a wide range study of telecollaboration.
