D1519087. 2022. <strong>“SERVICE PROCEDURE FOR SERVICE OF RESIDENCY CARD (KTP) & FAMILY CARD (KK) IN PNS/TNI/POLRI RETIREMENT THROUGH CROSS-SECTORAL DATA VALIDATION”.</strong> Faculty of Vocational School, Sebelas Maret University Surakarta. 97 Page.</p><p>The purpose of this observation is to describe Resident Identity Card (KTP) & Family Card (KK) services for PNS/TNI/POLRI retirees through cross-sectoral data validation at the Ponorogo Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. This observation uses the type of observation plays an active role, namely the observer participates in playing various possible roles in a situation related to his observation. The observation method used is a qualitative description. The data collection techniques used during the observation were interviews with the head of the civil registration service in an unstructured manner, observation, and collecting and reviewing documents and archives in the Ponorogo Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. The results of observations made by the author are that the Service Procedure for Resident Identity Cards (KTP) & Family Cards (KK) for PNS/TNI/POLRI Retired Through Cross-Sectoral Data Validation at the Ponorogo Regency Population and Civil Registration Office is carried out in stages in accordance with procedures. Prior to delivering this service, consolidation was conducted out with linked parties. Then, to summarize the stages in general: submitting application files, processing letters, ensuring file completeness, data verification, entering modifications to employment data, printing KTP and KK, and obtaining validated KTP and KK results. This service is provided by a variety of parties from different industries.</p>
