This study aims to determine the influence of (1) fieldwork practices on student work readiness; (2) digital literacy on students’ work readiness; (3) self-efficacy of students’ work readiness; (4) transferable skills for students’ work readiness; (5) self-efficacy of transferable skills; (6) fieldwork practices on students’ work readiness through self-efficacy; (7) digital literacy on students’ work readiness through self-efficacy; (8) fieldwork practices on students’ work readiness through transferable skills; (9) digital literacy on students’ work readiness through transferable skills.The population in this study is students from three Vocational High Schools in Surakarta City, namely SMK Negeri 1 Surakarta, SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta and SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta totaling 1,289 students. The sample of this study consisted of 306 students who were determined using the proportionate random sampling technique. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data was collected through questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out by path analysis technique to test the mediation effect with a significance level of 0.05.Here are the results of this study. First, there is a significant influence of fieldwork practices on the work readiness of students. Second, there is no significant influence of digital literacy on student work readiness. Third, there is a significant influence of self-efficacy on student work readiness. Fourth, there is a significant influence of transferable skills on student work readiness. Fifth, there is a significant effect of self-efficacy on transferable skills. Sixth, there is a significant indirect influence of fieldwork practices on students’ work readiness through self-efficacy. Seventh, there is a significant indirect influence of digital literacy on students’ work readiness through self-efficacy. Eighth, there is a significant indirect influence of fieldwork practices on student work readiness through transferable skills. Ninth, there is a significant indirect influence of digital literacy on student work readiness through transferable skills.
