×<p class="MsoNormal" align="center" xss=removed><b><span lang="EN-US" xss=removed>ABSTRAK<o></o></span></b></p><p class="MsoNormal" xss=removed><b><span lang="EN-US" xss=removed>Latar Belakang : </span></b><i><span lang="EN-US" xss=removed>F</span></i><i><span lang="IN" xss=removed>racture healing</span></i><span lang="IN" xss=removed> terjadi melalui penyembuhan tidak langsung ataupun langsung. Penyembuhan tidak langsung yaitu melalui serangkaian proses yang terjadinya formasi kalus. Penyembuhan langsung terjadi tanpa terbentuknya formasi kalus. </span><span lang="IN" xss=removed>TBI (TBI) didefinisikan sebagai gangguan pada fungsi normal otak yang bisa disebabkan oleh benjolan, pukulan, atau tersentak ke kepala atau cedera kepala tembus. </span><span lang="IN" xss=removed>Hingga saat ini hubungan antara TBI dan fracture healing belum dapat sepenuhnya dipahami</span><span lang="IN" xss=removed>.<o></o></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" xss=removed><b><span lang="IN" xss=removed>Tujuan </span></b><span lang="IN" xss=removed>: </span><span lang="IN" xss=removed>Untuk mengetahui </span><span lang="IN" xss=removed>adanya hubungan kemampuan pembentukan kalus pada pasien <i>long bone fracture</i> extremitas atas dengan TBI.<o></o></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" xss=removed><b><span lang="IN" xss=removed>Metode : </span></b><span lang="IN" xss=removed>Penelitian ini merupakan studi observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cohort prospektif. </span><span lang="IN" xss=removed>Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Umum Dokter Moewardi pada bulan Januari 2019 hingga Maret 2020. </span><span lang="IN" xss=removed>Sampel penelitian ini adalah pasien fraktur tulang panjang ekstremitas atas dengan cedera otak dan pasien fraktur tulang panjang ekstremitas atas tanpa cedera otak. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik <i>consecutive sampling</i>. Analisis data disajikan dalam bentuk analisis univariat, analisis bivariat, dan analisis multivariat.<b><o></o></b></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" xss=removed><b><span lang="IN" xss=removed>Hasil : </span></b><span lang="IN" xss=removed>Total sampel yang didapatkan sebanyak 34 subjek. Analisis univariat menunjukkan nilai skor mRUST 3 bulan pertama pada kelompok “tanpa TBI” didapatkan nilai mean sebesar 10.18±0.64 dan kelompok TBI<i> </i>sebesar 11.35</span><span lang="EN-US" xss=removed>±</span><span lang="IN" xss=removed>0.70. Variabel usia terdistribusi normal, sedangkan skor mRUST 1 bulan pertama dan 3 bulan pertama tidak terdistribusi normal. Indirect healing is through a series of processes in which callus formation occurs. Healing occurs immediately without the formation of callus formations. Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) is defined as a disturbance in the normal functioning of the brain that can be caused by a bump, blow, or jerk to the head or penetrating head injury. Until now, the relationship between TBI and fracture healing is not fully understood.</span><span lang="IN" xss=removed><o></o></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" xss=removed><b><span lang="EN-US" xss=removed>Aim </span></b><span lang="EN-US" xss=removed>: </span><span lang="EN-US" xss=removed>To determine the relationship between the ability of callus formation in patients with long bone fracture of the upper extremity with TBI</span><span lang="EN-US" xss=removed>.<o></o></span></p><p class="MsoNormal" xss=removed><b><span lang="EN-US" xss=removed>Methods : </span></b><span lang="IN" xss=removed>This study was an analytic observational study with a prospective cohort approach. This study was conducted at the Moewardi Doctor's General Hospital from January 2019 to March 2020. The samples of this study were upper limb long bone fracture patients with brain injury and upper limb long bone fracture patients without brain injury. The sampling technique was using consecutive sampling. Data analysis is presented in the form of univariate analysis, bivariate analysis, and multivariate analysis.</span><b><span lang="EN-US" xss=removed><o></o></span></b></p><p class="MsoNormal" xss=removed><b><span lang="EN-US" xss=removed>Results : </span></b><span lang="EN-US" xss=removed>The total sample obtained was 34 subjects. Univariate analysis showed that the mRUST score for the first 3 months in the non-TBI group obtained a mean value of 10.18 ± 0.64 and the TBI group of 11.35 ± 0.70. The age variable was normally distributed, while the mRUST scores for the first month and the first 3 months were not normally distributed.
