× <p xss=removed><i><b>Background :</b> Safe work behavior is the awareness of protecting oneself from hazard risks. Efforts to reduce work hazard risks can be made by increasing awareness and engaging in safe work behavior. An important factor in enhancing safe work behavior is K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) supervision. This study aimed to analyze the influence of the K3 supervision application on safe work behavior among workers in the upper structure division at PT X Yogyakarta.</i></p><p xss=removed><i><b>Methode :</b> The study used a quantitative method with a two-group pre-test and post-test design with a control group. The study population consisted of 110 workers in the upper structure division at PT X Yogyakarta, selected through total sampling. The research utilized a K3 supervision application and a safe work behavior questionnaire to monitor and assess safe work behavior. Data analysis techniques included the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test and the Mann Whitney Test.</i></p><p xss=removed><i><b>Result : </b>The Wilcoxon test results for the intervention group showed a ρ-value < 0></p><p xss=removed><i><b>Conclusion : </b>There was an effect of the OHS supervision application on safe work behavior among workers in the upper structure section of PT X Yogyakarta</i></p><div xss=removed><br></div>
