Study of atenuation characteristic of ultrasonic waves on the ethanol suspension

In the research had been done a testing about atenuation characteristic of ultrasonic waves on the ethanol suspension which have concentration of 4%, 8%, 12%, 16%, 20%, 24%, 28%, 32%, 36% and 40% were using immersion methode utilized the differences between the first and the second echo of the ultrasonic waves. The result of this research showed that on the concentration from 0% until 12%, there were an increasing attenuation but the concentration from 16% until 40%, there were decreasing of attenuation. The change in atenuation might be influenced by mole fraction.
