ABSTRACT A research has been done to investigate the effect of the spinning time of the 13% polystyrene thin film fabricated by spin coating method. The time of fabrication various from 0.5 minute to 3.5 minute. In this research, the wave guides were characterized using prism coupling method. The result is the number of modes are depends on limit increased time spin. Keyword : Thin film, Spin Coating, Coupling Prism, Modes.
