This report is written based on the internship program at Transloka Lingua Bahasa, which began on February 12 and ended on April 5, 2024. Transloka Lingua Bahasa was established on December 23, 2023. It was founded by Mrs. Desi Farida Mandarini, S. Pd., the lead linguist in Transloka Lingua. I chose Transloka Lingua Bahasa as my internship institution because the CEO & Founder, Mrs. Desi Mandarini, was highly committed to her student. During my internship, I received materials related to translation and localization. I also did many translation projects, including translating AI technological texts. Besides that, I also received additional tasks such as creating blogs and style guide. In translating AI technological texts, I used (Newmark, 1988) translation methods which is faithful translation methods. I faced problems when translating these AI technological texts. The problems I struggled with were related to difficult terms. To overcome those problems, I did some research to get to know the meaning of the difficult terms. I did research through parallel text, online dictionaries, and other trusted sources. Meanwhile, the techniques I used in translating these AI technological texts were pure borrowing and literal translation techniques proposed by (Molina & Hurtado Albir, 2002). This internship program gave me many benefits because I could improve my skills in translation and gain a lot of new insight and knowledge from the expert. Participating in this Student Internship Program also makes me more ready to enter the work environment.
