This final report was written based on my internship from February 5 to March 28, 2024, at Nava Hotel Tawangmangu as Marketing Communication. Marketing communication is part of the sales and marketing department, which handles social media, including creating and uploading content, creating content caption, replying to comments and direct message, and creating designs for hotel promotions. As an intern, I worked from Monday to Friday from 08.00 a.m. until 5.00 p.m. The project I did was making caption for marketing videos in Instagram and Tiktok of Nava Hotel Tawangmangu to increase sales or provide entertainment. I made two videos on TikTok and 13 videos on Instagram for the hotel, café, and restaurant accounts, there are 9 videos with english caption and 6 videos with Indonesian languange for caption. I did several steps for making caption used AIDA and 4C’s technic, which are I should determine the Attention, Interest, Desire, and Action for a caption on content. I created video content for soft-selling, hard-selling promotion, or entertainment to the audience on Nava Hotel Tawangmangu's social media, namely one TikTok account @navahotel and three Instagram accounts which are @navahotelofficial, @pineresto_tawangmangu, @kayuarumcoffee. From my internship, I gained much new knowledge about all aspects of creating caption and content, including promotion using Meta Business to increase content insights. In addition to creating video content for Nava Hotel Tawangmangu's social media, I also helped my partners in marketing communication for photo content by acting as a model to be uploaded on Nava Hotel Tawangmangu's Instagram feed. We helped each other if we had difficulties in making some projects.
