×<p>This research aims to explore the changes in disposition experienced by English pre-service teacher and the factors that influence it after experiencing short- term teaching abroad in Thailand. The researcher used an autobiographical narrative inquiry approach with the data collected through diaries and artifacts during the project. The data and artifacts collected were then analyzed using thematic analysis, which uses a method of re-reading the data, coding the data according to categories, and collecting according to themes. The participant in this research was the English pre-service teacher who took part in the 6-week Global Volunteer activity held by AIESEC, which focused on SDG number 4 regarding the quality of education. The findings in this research show that short-term teaching abroad experience in Thailand influence changes in the dispositions of English pre- service teacher by related factors, such as perception of self, perception of others, perception of purpose, and frame of reference. The experience gained can help pre- service teacher open a wider educational window, plan learning, appreciate diversity, and build good relationships by creating an effective learning environment. Based on this, this study suggests that more facilities be provided for pre-service English teachers to teach abroad or in environments that are different from their home countries, so that pre-service English teachers are motivated to seek teaching experience abroad.<br></p>
