The aim of this research is to determine the readiness of the development profile for cycling, racing and diving in the city of Surakarta in 2024.

This research is quantitative descriptive research using survey methods. Data collection in this research was obtained by distributing written questionnaires. The subjects in this research were athletes, coaches and administrators of the bicycle racing and diving sports in Surakarta City, totaling 25 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis of the average value of respondents' answers (mean) or percentage (percentage).

The analysis results from the research show that the indicators for athletes in cycling are 55% ready, while diving is 46.9% ready. In the trainer indicator, 65.8% are very ready, while in the diving sport, 65.8% are very ready. In terms of the organizational structure indicator for the cycling sport, 70.3% is said to be good, while diving is also said to be good, 55.4%. In the funding indicator for cycling, 76.6% is said to be good, while diving is said to be good, 49.6% is said to be good, while diving is said to be good. In the facilities and infrastructure indicator, 60.7% is said to be good, while 58% for diving is said to be very good.

From the results of the data analysis above, it can be concluded that the Surakarta City cycling and diving sports branch includes coaches, athletes, organizational structure, funding, facilities and infrastructure that are ready to take part in the 2022 Keywords: Caoching, Bicycle Racing, Diving,
