Background: Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) causes complications during pregnancy, childbirth and for future children. Handling efforts through preventive and promotive efforts to increase knowledge and attitudes of KEK pregnant women.Objective: Providing education as a promotional effort, this research aims to find out the influence of the Smart Mother Action educational video on the knowledge and attitudes of KEK pregnant women.Method: Using the Quasi-experimental Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design with a total sampling technique, 28 respondents were obtained consisting of control and experimental groups. The Smart Mother Action Educational Video contains understanding, dangers, prevention methods, treatment, recommendations for eating menus. The questionnaire used consisted of 15 knowledge questionnaire items and 10 attitude questionnaire items which were valid and reliable with a Cronbach's Alpa value of 0.997 on the knowledge questionnaire and 0.756 on the attitude questionnaire. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon sign rank test and Mann Whitney U test on SPSS IBM 28. Results: Based on the research that has been carried out, a p-value of 0.001 for knowledge and a p-value of 0.001 for attitude is obtained, which shows that there is an influence of the Smart Mother Action Educational Video on the Knowledge and Attitudes of KEK Pregnant Women.Conclusion: The Smart Mother Action Educational Video can be used as an intervention method to increase the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women with chronic energy deficiency (CED).
