Textbook learning instruction plays significant role in teaching and learning amidst post pandemic situation that expected to adapt both online and offline learning. The study is an evaluation research that investigate the relevance of learning instructions to the learning objectives and towards the language skills and language elements. The data was taken from the learning instruction and learning objectives in the textbook. The main data is taken from the 3 unit as the representation of the 6th unit in the book. The findings were taken by theory of Bloom Taxonomy through the process of data condensation, data display, and drawing conclusion. First finding is the book has relevance of the learning instructions to the learning objectives. The most Bloom Taxonomy's category was found C2, Understanding, means the instruction of the textbook mostly on fostering students understanding. addition, the textbook also represents the four English language skills and the three English elements thoroughly.
