×<p>The manual appointment booking process is often unstructured, resulting in various
problems such as the unavailability of real-time schedule information and schedule
clashes. To address these challenges, a mobile application called appointly was
developed to streamline the online appointment booking process for service users
(clients) in a structured manner.
The development of this application utilizes the agile scrum methodology,
comprising six key stages: user needs research, ui/ux and system design, code
implementation with flutter and laravel, black-box testing, deployment to android
devices, and periodic review for evaluation and feature improvement. This
application provides various main features, including registration and login,
service search, booking appointments both online and offline, automatic
notifications, booking history, personal data settings, saving favorite services
(bookmarks), giving reviews and ratings, password recovery using otp, and
visualizing appointment location maps using mapbox.Based on the test results, all features run as expected and can be accessed properly
through android devices. Therefore, the appointly application is expected to be an
effective digital solution in online appointment management and increase
convenience for service users. </p>
