Stunting remains one of the primary challenge in Indonesia’s health sector, despite numerous of efforts undertaken by the government, including activities through posyandu. However, in reality, there ara many obstacles and barriers. One of the problems frequently encountered in posyandu and communities is related to manual helath data recording, which is prone to errors and loss. To address this issue, a web based maternal and child health information system was developed to digitialization KIA book maternal health module. This system was designed using the software Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with Agile methodology, featuring several functions such as pregnant women's BMI calculation, iron tablet intake recording, pregnant women monitoring, and postpartum women monitoring. The system implementation utilizes Vue.js and Nest.js technologies. Testing was conducted using the black-box method, and the results showed that all features functioned properly and as expected. Based on the testing results, the expected outcomes matched the actual results. Therefore, it can be concluded that this information system functions well both functionally and non-functionally. The KIA book in this system is expected to address various challenges faced by posyandu , thereby contributing to the reduction of stunting rates in Indonesia.Keywords: Agile, Digitailzation, Health Information System, KIA book, Maternal Health, Posyandu, Stunting
