The soft skills and student competency information system is a website for submitting a list of soft skills and competencies that students have participated in. This system allows students to upload soft skills and competencies according to the fields listed and according to their mandatory or supporting roles as a requirement for student graduation.

We successfully designed and developed the softskill and competency information system with the agile method because there were several adjustments in the middle of the process. Students can download soft skills and competency reports that have been followed in pdf form. In addition, there are several main features from the superadmin side that can organize any activity along with the score of the activity that must be followed by students as a graduation requirement. This study explores the process of designing, creating, and assessing a soft skills and competency data collection platform. The system was developed using agile method and web-based technology.

The test results show that the system can run according to the functional requirements that have been set. However, this system still needs adjustment, especially in the soft skills module, namely the application period. So that students who have graduated or have finished are not affected by changes in rules and future scores.
