Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah : (1) Untuk mengetahui sikap remaja
terhadap situs porno di internet, (2) Untuk mengetahui tanggung jawab pengelola
warnet terhadap kejahatan seks dalam situs porno di Kecamatan Ngemplak
Kabupaten Boyolali dan (3) Untuk mengetahui partisipasi warga masyarakat guna
mengurangi dampak negatif warnet (situs porno) terhadap moralitas remaja di
Kecamatan Ngemplak Kabupaten Boyolali.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode diskriptif kualitatif dengan strategi
penelitian studi kasus tunggal terpancang. Populasi adalah pengguna warnet dan
warga sekitar warnet di kecamatan Ngemplak Kabupaten Boyolali. Teknik
sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purpose sampling atau
sampel bertujuan. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dengan (1) wawancara, (2)
observasi, (3) dokumentasi. Untuk mengukur validitas data dengan cara
trianggulasi data. Data yamng terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik
análisis interaktif, yaitu melelui tiga komponen antara lain: (1) reduksi data, (2)
sajian data, (3) penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi.
Dari hasil penelitian dapat ditemukan hal-hal sebagai berikut : (1) Sikap
remaja terhadap situs porno di Internet adalah suka mengaksesnya sehingga ada
yang berpengaruh terhadap tingkah laku remaja pengguna (user, dalam arti remaja
yang membuka situs porno tersebut, (2) Bentuk Tanggungjawab pengelola warnet
terhadap kejahatan seks dalam situs porno di Kecamatan Ngemplak adalah dengan
membatasi pengunjung menurut usia, menyediakan program anti pornografi serta
membatasi jam kunjungan bagi remaja. (3) Partisipasi masyarakat untuk
mengurangi dampak negatif warnet (situs porno) terhadap moralitas remaja: Pihak
Orang Tua adalah dengan mengawasi anak, melarang anak ke warnet dan
memberikan pengertian tentang warnet dan segala dampaknya, Pihak Sekolah :
(1) Memberikan arahan situs – situs yang bermanfaat dan juga menarik untuk
pendidikan anak, (2) Menasehati bahwa situs-situs negatif itu sangat merusak
perkembangan si anak dan tidak sesuai dengan Pancasila khususnya sila pertama,
(3) Menegur dan memberikan hukuman (sanksi) yang tegas kepada siapa saja
yang membuka situs-situs yang berbau negatif. Sedangkan Pihak Masyarakat
adalah Pemerintah, Lembaga teknologi, atau Komunitas teknologi harus cepat
memberikan suatu solusi yang terbaik dalam penangggulangan dampak negatif
yang akan mempengaruhi perkembangan Generasi Bangsa.

RESPONSIBILITY AND CITIZEN PARTICIPATION IN MAINTAINING
TEENAGER’S MORALITY (A CASE STUDY IN SUBDISTRICT
NGEMPLAK REGENCY BOYOLALI). Thesis, Surakarta: FKIP UNS, March
2010.
The objectives of research are: (1) to find out the teenager’s attitude to
pornography site in internet, (2) to find out the internet stall manager’s
responsibility for sexual abuse in pornography site in Subdistrict Ngemplak
Regency Boyolali; and (3) to find out the people participation in mitigating in this
case preventing the adverse impact of internet stall (pornography site) on the
teenager’s morality in Subdistrict Ngemplak Regency Boyolali.
This research employed a descriptive qualitative method using a single
embedded case. The population of research was the internet stall’ users and the
people around the internet stall in Subdistrict Ngemplak Regency Boyolali. The
sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling. Technique of
collecting data used was direct interview with the research subject and the related
parties, that is, the people around internet stall in Subdistrict Ngemplak Regency
Boyolali, in general. Particularly, the people using internet stall existing in
Subdistrict Ngemplak Regency Boyolali,
From the result of research, it can be seen: (1) the teenager’s attitude on
pornography site in internet is that they like to access so that some of them affect
the teenager user behavior (users, meaning the teenager opening such
pornography site), (2) internet stall manager’s responsibility for sexual abuse in
pornography site in Subdistrict Ngemplak. Considering the result of research, it
can be found that the measures taken by the internet stall employer in mitigating
the negative impact of internet stall (pornography site) are: by limiting the visitor
according to age, providing anti-pornography program as well as restricting the
visitation schedule for teenager. (3) People’s participation in mitigating the
negative impact of internet stall (pornography site) on the teenager’s morality
include: Parents participate in mitigating the negative impact of internet stall by
overseeing their children, preventing children to internet stall and by giving
education about internet stall and all of its impact; the school: (1) gives direction
about the useful and attractive sites for the Children, (2) advising that negative
sites are very harmful to the children’s growth and is not consistent with the
Pancasila, particularly the first principle, (3) Remarking and giving firm sanction
to whoever opening the negative sites. Meanwhile the Society in this case is
Government, technological institution, or technological community should give
the best solution quickly in coping with the negative impact that will affect the
Nation Generation development.
