Introduction : Diabetic Kidney Disease (DKD) is one of the causes of CKD which is characterized by albuminuria, a decrease in estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate (eGFR), or both. Calcitriol & Moringa oleifera play an important role in the management of DKD. Various hypotheses explain the mechanism of decreasing DKD progressivity, aiding in the control of glucose levels, reducing the activation of the Renin-Angiotensin System (RAS), and reducing fibrosis. It is necessary to conduct research on the effect  of calcitriol and Moringa oleifera leaf extract  in inhibiting the progression of DKD, especially on NF-κB levels, blood pressure levels, blood sugar at times, albuminuria, and creatinine.Methods: Randomised Control Trial (RCT) pre-test and post-test experimental studies  on  male Sprague dawley mice model of diabetic nephropathy, a total of 45 samples. The experimental animals were divided into 5 groups, namely control, DKD, DKD + calcitriol 0.25 mcg for 28 days, DKD + Moringa oleifera leaf extract 500mg/kg for 28 days, DKD + calcitriol 0.25 mcg + Moringa oleifera leaf extract 500mg/kg for 28 days. Results: The combination group of calcitriol and Moringa oleifera  leaf extract best lowered levels of NF-κB (-88.82; p = 0.004), blood pressure levels (-97.25; p ≤ 0.001), blood sugar (-178.4; p ≤ 0.001), albuminuria (-4.18; p ≤ 0.001), and creatinine (-2.86; p ≤ 0.001).
