English Diploma Program, Vocational School, Universitas Sebelas Maret.  This final report presents the internship activities undertaken at PT. Solusi Bahasa Internasional (Translexi) from January 13 to April 14, 2025, as part of the Student Internship Program (KMM) under the English Diploma Program. The internship was designed to bridge theoretical knowledge with real-world professional experience in the field of translation and language services. The intern translated six English texts of varying genres including educational articles, scientific reports, journalistic features, children’s stories, health surveys, and environmental research by using the CAT tool MemoQ and applying translation theories by Newmark, Nida & Taber, and Molina & Albir. In addition to core translation tasks, the intern participated in cross-departmental projects involving client communication, project scheduling, social media content creation, and business proposal writing. Challenges such as translating culturally loaded terms, adapting to hybrid work systems, and managing overlapping deadlines were successfully addressed through proactive learning and supervision. The internship significantly enhanced the intern’s linguistic competence, digital literacy, professional work ethic, and understanding of industry practices—ultimately preparing her for a career in the translation and language services sector.
