English Diploma Program, Vocational School, Universitas Sebelas Maret.This report describes my offline internship program at Pro Translasi, Malang. Pro Translasi is a translation agency with 11 years of experience and has successfully translated more than 5.000 documents and handled 4.000 clients from both domestic and international. With that achievement and my desire to enhance my translation skill, I chose Pro Translasi as my internship institution. The internship started on February 05 to March 28, 2024. During my internship, I received many translation materials. I also translated Mechanical Manual Books. Apart from the main activity of translating Pro Translasi projects, I also received additional tasks to translate texts as part of practicing my skills in translation process and to review the translation results with Pro Translasi reviewer. In translating Mechanical Manual Books, I applied Nida and Taber (1982) translation theory which stated that there are 3 stages (analyzing, transferring, and restructuring) in translating a text. There are some problems when I am translating Mechanical Manual Books which related to difficult terms and finding the meaning of them. To deal with the problem, I searched the meaning of the word in Proz.com and the definition of it in Cambridge Dictionary. Meanwhile, the translation techniques I used were established equivalent and pure borrowing. This internship program provides a lot of benefits for me because I can improve my skill in translation and gain a lot of new knowledges from the experts and also unforgettable experiences during the internship in Pro Translasi that will be very useful in the future.Keywords: internship, translation, manual book, Pro Translasi
